Hai guys!!! and Merry Christmas to all Christians. This posting was continued from the lat posting on Kany and Joey. This is the grand finale of their wedding celebration – The reception at Graha Arini Banquet Hall in Halim Perdana Kusuma, Airport Complex. This is was my first time to shoot a wedding reception with javanese custom and its definitely an interesting one. Thanks to Kany and Joey for handing me the privilege as official wedding photographer and i wish that both of you will happy ever after.

Hai guys!! Before I begin with the post, my wife Uwie and me, would like to take this opportunity to wish thank you to all my friends for the wishes on her pregnancy. Now, Uwie is 3 months pregnant and May will be the magical month for us. Thanks guys!!! We appreciate it so much.
And, not to spoil the newly wed, let me begin. At mid May, i went to Halim, Jakarta, on the invitation of my good malindo friend, Kany & Joey, to shoot their wedding ceremony. The wedding ceremony started with the adat siraman. Adat siraman is a javanese wedding culture which will be held prior to the soleminization of the bride and groom symbolise the last farewell for the bride from the parents. Its really an emotional events for Kany’s family as she now will be permanently staying in KL as a wife. So, here are some of the photos.. enjoy ya!!!

Hai guys! Let me continue with Ekka and Gomz’s 2nd posting, the wedding reception, held beautifully at the Grand Ballroom of Legend Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Metrimonized in an ‘english wedding’ atmosphere, the grand reception was smeared with the solemn purity of whiteness.
I started as early as 5pm, covering their preparation at a room, complimentary from Legend Hotel. Done by 8pm, the couple was then ready for the bashing celebration, waiting only for the guest of honor, Malaysia’s former and the most respected Prime Minister of all time, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad with his wife Tun Dr Siti Hasmah. The honorary guest arrived at 830pm, as punctual as they have always been.
Escorted by cute flower girls and sweet maid of honor, the couple made their grand entrance. First on the bill was ‘Acara Merenjis’ and then the ‘Santapan Diraja’, or the Grand Dinner. After a lively entertainment by a live band followed by a slide presentation of their past time, they were then escorted onto the stage for the cake cutting ceremony. Gomz then made the thank you speech, which he made superbly. They managed to slot in Tun Mahathir’s time for quick photo shoot at the entrance.
I am delighful and honored to be able to record the ceremony, a heartful thank you to the couple for the trust. Congratulations again, Ekka & Gomz.
